Lost & Found

If an attendee has lost an item at Railside, we have procedures in place to help retrieve lost items. Here's the information you can provide to attendees:

1. Lost and Found: If you have lost an item during an event at Railside, please visit our designated Lost and Found area. Our staff will be available to assist you in locating and retrieving your lost item. The Lost and Found area is typically located at blue building, and our staff will do their best to assist you in recovering your item.

2. Contacting Railside: If you are unable to visit the venue or have already left the event, you can contact our customer service team using the form below to inquire about your lost item. Provide a detailed description of the item, including any distinguishing features or unique identifiers, as well as the date and location of the event. Our team will check our records and Lost and Found inventory to see if your item has been turned in.

3. Follow-Up: If your lost item is found, we will make arrangements for its return to you. This may involve scheduling a pickup time or arranging for shipping, depending on the circumstances. Any associated costs, such as shipping fees, will be the responsibility of the attendee.

Please note that Railside is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. We encourage attendees to keep their belongings secure and be mindful of their personal items during events. However, we will do our best to assist in the recovery of lost items whenever possible.
